The largest productions are not automatically the ones you learn most from. Some projects stay with you because a place held the right light for a short while. Others because a lot of people had to be coordinated within a few minutes.
Car, movement and landscape
The Bentley productions shaped the way I work with a vehicle, movement and landscape. For Bentley meets Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol and the test drive at the Bilster Berg, the route, the light and the camera position had to line up before the car moved at all.
Product detail and event report
Bucherer and Vogl asked for product detail and event reportage at once: jewelry from close up, and a full room the same evening.
Honda, La Biosthétique and Hörbiger showed how differently an international corporate event can be told. Restaurants and hotels sharpened my eye for space, light and careful preparation.
Why experience carries over
Every one of those experiences reaches into later commissions. A group photograph benefits from event routine, an interior from the patience of architectural work, and a trailer from the ability to read a detail as a transition.
So my most important projects are not only references. Together they are the practical knowledge a new production is built on – the project overview shows how broad that base has become.
