The loving garage restaurant offers countless possibilities for unforgettable celebrations. Rough but stylish, and since it partially covers the outside area, it can be cooked on a grill and an open flame in any weather. Downtown.
What opens the evening is fire: a performer with a burning torch in front of a concrete wall with letters meters high, a jet of flame beside him reaching the top of the frame. Smoke and heat color the whole picture orange.
Fire is the one source you cannot meter. It flickers, it changes size from second to second, and it is far brighter than the performer in front of it — the exposure goes on the face and the flame is allowed to run white.
The place does the rest. Raw walls, concrete letters and a yard give a New Year’s night exactly the setting a ballroom cannot — and they need no added light, because the fire lights them itself.
