PROJECT INQUIRIES – inquiry for a photo or video project

One form for every photo or video project — from a single portrait to a whole hotel.

Pick an area if you like. You do not have to.

Area

Clicking a picture sets the area in the form. Pick none and it goes out as a general inquiry.

What I need to know to send a quote

One inquiry form for photography and video — for everything. The area you choose above just swaps in the questions that matter for your project; choose none and you’ll only see the essentials. Every inquiry is non-binding, and I only ask for what I genuinely need to put together a quote.

Date and location
The date, time and address of the job — the hotel’s address for a hotel shoot, the venue for an event, the location for a film.
Scope
How many dishes, rooms, properties or employees are involved, and how many images you need of each. For film, I ask about the type and length of the production instead; for portraits, about the framing and whether you need a group shot.
Intended use
Where the images will be used: website, social media, print, menu, booking or property portals, magazines — and whether you’ll pass them on to third parties. Plus the color look: true to life, vintage black and white, or high gloss.
Timing and budget
When you need the images, what budget you have in mind, and whether you’re booking directly or for an agency. You can attach a briefing, storyboard, listing or floor plan as a file.
Extras
HDR, sky replacement, drone footage, high-end retouching, raw files, set design, live recording, interviews, on-site editing of highlights, an extra event trailer. You’ll only see the ones that fit the area you picked.

Without obligation. Only your name, your email and your consent are required — everything else just helps me quote more precisely.

Step 1 of 4: Area

No need to pick one — without an area, I’ll only ask for the essentials. The photos above show what each area covers.

Step 2 of 4: Date

Step 3 of 4: Location & scope

The file isn’t uploaded — only its name comes through. Please attach the document to your reply email.

Step 4 of 4: Contact & message

How should I reply? *

What you fill in here is enough for me to quote from. I go through it myself and come back within 24 hours on working days — with questions if something is missing. The inquiry stays free of obligation.

Afterwards

I read every inquiry myself and reply within 24 hours on working days.

What happens after you send it

  1. Reply

Your inquiry reaches me, not a team, and I answer it personally.

  2. Questions

Anything still open we sort out by email or phone.

  3. Offer

You get the scope and the price in writing. Only then does a date become binding.

  4. Shoot

I photograph or film what the offer says.

  5. Handover

Pictures go into a private gallery in the client portal; films are reviewed on Frame.io.
