The ballet company Tanzstudio Dance-Line was founded in 1998 under the direction of Marion Bischoff-Dönges from Friedberg in Kaiserstr. founded. In the following years, due to the high demand, more qualified dance teachers were hired and the scope of the courses expanded. The “contemporary trend dance studio”, described by the media, offers diverse, up-to-date and demanding dance programs. Currently, some professional dance coaches with special training and national certification teach in Danceline, a dance studio. Through their well-founded dance training at various dance schools in classical and modern regions as well as regular participation in national and international seminars and training courses, they can guarantee that they can offer a wide range of current courses.
The trailer was filmed at night at an industrial plant: a dancer in black between turquoise-painted railings and the springs of a machine, lit from the side, nothing but darkness behind.
Dance against a black background is a decision for the line. Without surroundings only the shape of the body counts, and every movement has to keep its contour — which only works with light coming from the side to draw the edges.
An industrial plant as a stage also brings geometry with it: railings, struts, pipes. The contrast between a straight construction and a moving body is what tells a dance video apart from a recording.
