An outdoor fashion series shot in the last hour of sun, in a wheat field and a cobbled village lane. The wardrobe is voluminous and cream — ruffles, balloon sleeves, a headscarf — and the jewelry is strung from dried orange slices, with a wicker basket and real oranges as props. The fabric moves more than the model here: what is photographed is the fold in backlight, not the pose.
It was shot in a cobbled alley. An old rubble-stone wall with flaking render and wild vine to the left, a cream house wall to the right, and the model between them in an outfit of ruffled blouse, white apron and pale blue trousers with floral flounces. The jewelry is made of dried orange slices — as a necklace, a belt, earrings — a wicker basket over one arm, an orange held up in the other hand.
The wall is part of the costume here: its colors — beige, gray, the green of the vine — are the ones the outfit carries too. That is the reason for this location and not another. Taken in soft light without sun, because hard shadows on a wall with that much texture would have competed with the dress for attention.
