When a drone makes sense
Aerial frames help most with:
- large hotel and holiday complexes,
- buildings in a striking setting,
- property with a large plot,
- groups of buildings,
- outdoor areas, pools and access roads,
- placing a building within a landscape or a city.
When ground-level frames matter more
For a small façade in dense surroundings, a good classic viewpoint may say more. Interiors, material detail and the experience a guest actually has cannot be told from the air either.
A drone therefore does not replace architectural photography. It extends a set where the spatial overview is what matters.
Planning around light, weather and operations
Exterior work depends on the position of the sun, on wind, weather and what is happening on site. Vehicles, deliveries or half-prepared areas stay visible from above as well. The right moment is therefore part of the production planning.
Drone work can be selected in the inquiry form and is then part of the quote. Whether it makes sense for a particular property, and whether it can be flown there, is checked before the date.
