PROJECT INQUIRIES – inquiry for a photo, video or graphic design project

One form for every inquiry — photography and film, from a single portrait to a whole hotel.

Pick an area if you like. You do not have to.

What can I help you with?

Your inquiry

Without obligation. Only your name, your email and your consent are required — everything else just helps me quote more precisely.

Area

You do not have to commit to one. With no area picked I only ask for the essentials. The photographs above show what each area looks like.

I read every inquiry myself and usually come back within one working day — with any questions and an offer. The inquiry commits you to nothing.

What I need to know before I can quote

One form for everything. The area you pick above only swaps in the questions that belong to your project — pick none and it stays with the essentials. Every inquiry is without obligation, and I only ask for what I genuinely need in order to quote.

Date and place
Date, time and the address where the work happens. For a hotel that is the hotel address, for an event the venue, for a film the location.
Scope
How many dishes, rooms, properties or employees there are, and how many pictures you need of each. For film I ask about the type and the length of the production instead; for portraits, about the crop and whether a group photograph is part of it.
Intended use
Where the pictures go: website, social media, print, menu, booking or property portals, magazine. And whether you pass them on to third parties. Plus the color look: true to life, vintage black and white, or high gloss.
Delivery and frame
When you need the pictures, the budget you have in mind, and whether you book directly or on behalf of an agency. A briefing, storyboard, listing or floor plan can be attached as a file.
Extras
HDR, sky replacement, drone footage, high-gloss retouching, raw files, set design, live recording, interviews, on-site editing of the highlights, an additional event trailer. Only the ones that fit the area you picked are ever shown.
